Gyutanyaki 　「Kurobei」　(Tanpin）

This is beef tongue. You can only use a small section of the tongue which is very soft. A craftsman will spend much time preparing and cooking the tongue. A combination with light pickles is popular. Wheat rice and soup are also served as part of a set meal.
